InfoTechPal LLC (“InfoTechPal”, “we”, “us”) provides the EducationOS platform. We are responsible for personal data we process about our individual users, and act as a service provider for personal data handled on behalf of schools and training providers. Our office is located at 1600 Bryant St #415673, San Francisco, CA 94141, USA.

- Account details such as name, email and role.
- Learning activity: plans, quizzes, submissions, progress and achievements.
- For educators and tutors: class, scheduling, payment and student-record information.
- Usage and device data to keep the service secure and reliable.

- To provide and personalize the EducationOS service, including AI features.
- To generate insights, reports and analytics for learners, educators and institutions.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To keep the platform secure and to meet legal obligations.
4How we use your data lawfully
We process personal data to provide our services under our agreement with you, for our legitimate business interests in operating and improving the platform, with your consent where required, and to comply with legal obligations. Where we act as a service provider, the institution determines the purposes of processing.
5Sharing your information
We share data with service providers (for example, hosting and payment processing) under appropriate agreements, and with the institution you belong to where relevant. We do not sell your personal data.
6International transfers
We primarily store data in the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
8Your rights

9Children and learners
EducationOS is used by learners who may be minors. Where a school or parent provides access, we process children’s data under the institution’s or parent’s instructions and apply additional care consistent with US student-privacy laws such as FERPA and COPPA.
