1Agreement to terms
By accessing or using EducationOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2Accounts & eligibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Learners who are minors should use the service with appropriate parental or institutional permission.
3Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt or access it without authorisation.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
- Use AI features responsibly and in line with your institution’s policies.
4Subscriptions & payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on the stated cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
5Intellectual property
EducationOS, including its software, design and content, is owned by InfoTechPal and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service.
6Your content
You retain rights to the content you create. You grant us the permissions needed to host and process it to provide the service.
7AI-generated content
EducationOS uses AI to help generate plans, materials, feedback and insights. AI outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed by a qualified educator before being relied upon.
8Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features over time.
9Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, InfoTechPal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction.
